Grace NOva Group Counseling
Group counseling enables you to pursue healing with others experiencing similar life circumstances. Groups are often formed around a specific topic and provide a safe environment to pursue healing with the support of a caring community. Sharing your experience and life story and being cared for within a community can change the way you interact and experience your story and can lead to healing and change.
