INSURANCE INFORMATION
Grace Nova does not bill directly to insurance.
Grace Nova is an “out-of-network” provider, which means if your insurance company offers out-of-network benefits, you should receive some reimbursement for the cost of therapy. If requested, we provide a Superbill including a diagnosis for clients to submit to their insurance company.
Contact your insurance company to find out about your specific coverage.
Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance company to learn how much they will cover:
- What is my co-insurance or co-pay for out-of-network sessions?
- What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
- What is my out-of-pocket max and has it been met?
- How many sessions does my plan cover per year?
- What is the out-of-network allowed amount per individual therapy session (CPT code 90834) or family therapy session (CPT code 90847)?
