She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment & Family Systems Theory, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). Nadia enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Her areas of clinical interest include, anxiety, trauma, grief, family system dynamics, multicultural issues, relationship and premarital counseling.

A Northern Virginia native, Nadia loves hiking in the Shenandoah with her family, has a passion for all things gastronomic, and is currently apprenticing in the art of sourdough bread making. She resides in Fairfax with her husband and their four children.
