High School Back-to-School Workshop
Help your teen start the school year with confidence. This interactive, virtual workshop equips high school students with practical skills to manage stress, navigate friendships, regulate emotions, and respond effectively to the everyday challenges of school. Drawing on evidence-based strategies from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), students will gain tools they can begin using right away.
Whether your teen is feeling anxious about the year ahead or simply wants to strengthen their coping and communication skills, this workshop offers a supportive way to build resilience as the new school begins. This workshop is open to any rising 9th-12th grader; no prior counseling experience required.
The workshop will be held virtually Sunday, August 30th from 2PM-4PM with a 15-minute break included. Participants will walk away from the workshop with a PDF of all skills and concepts covered, as well as a personalized plan to start the school year strong.
