Grace Gossett


Grace is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has several years of experience working with teens, college students, young adults and women.

Grace believes that lasting change can happen when we approach our challenges from a place of curiosity and compassion. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, grief, perinatal/postpartum care and life transitions. She collaborates with clients to tailor an individualized approach, blending CBT, DBT, EFT, family systems and narrative therapy. She is trained in EMDR.

Grace’s favorite sources of refreshment include walks, time with friends and playing the piano. She and her husband, Hunter, live in the area with their three children.
