Brittany Cardoza
Brittany is a Resident in Counseling approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling working towards licensure. She is currently under the supervision of Kelly Stephenson, LPC.
Brittany is passionate about walking with others towards wholeness, healing, and freedom. She takes a client-centered, relationally-focused, and trauma-informed approach to counseling, drawing on various therapeutic modalities to best meet clients’ needs. Brittany has experience working with clients of all ages, with a particular passion for young adults. Areas of clinical interest include spiritual difficulties and formation, interpersonal challenges, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and coping with grief, shame, and life transitions.
While not in the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with loved ones, dancing, reading with a coffee in hand, and relaxing on the beach.
